hahaha this happened a few days ago and I had to snap a pic really quick with my cell phone. A lady on her rascal scooter ("they helped me get a scooter at no cost to me" que old guy's neck flab going crazy) going minus 2 miles an hour crossing a busy intersection without a care in the world! Gotta love it! LIFE ALERT!!!
